Benefits of using Online registration
No more data input!! Users enter in their data, through an administration panel you download it to an excell spreadsheet, use the data as you wish with.
We generate the registration form that they can sign and send on to you.
.PDF files are created from the output for applications hard-copies. These can be used as a release form for parents to sign and send in a check for their fee.
With custom programming, we can generate other forms based on their input for your league (concessions, release ...).
Add players to rosters via administration panel.

Schedules/Standings- You have the option to:
Add games via the online update administration page. This is where you can also enter in scores of games (and game comments) which will post directly to the standings page, as well as the team pages for their respective schedule.
Send us an excell spreadsheet (in our template format) for your schedules. This then builds the standings and game page schedules.
You will have access to load up printable schedules for each division (.pdf file). We can create a .PDF (adobe) format for your league members to print out. No more calls to the league officials for this info!!
Umpire Scheduling
Add your umpires to specific games.
under Scheduling, can view the umpire schedule. (not in sample system)
Extract all umpires for specific date ranges for payroll purposes
Rainouts, Field Conditions
Update the site field conditions if there are any rain-outs. Your users can go to the site for instant information. This is not currently on the demo site, however it will be here in the near future.
Add on the schedule comments if a game is rained out, also, add the rescheduled game (or modify the game date) when you become aware of the new date.
Online Volunteer Scheduling
A page is available for your users to view the volunteer schedule.
On the administration section you add the date, name and their station.
We can load data up to the system if you send us a file using our template.
This page can be customized per your needs.
