DPK Consulting Services developed the product "Your League Website" with league board members to create a tool to help communication for parents, employees and volunteers of several sports leagues.

Features
A great feature of the software is the online registration system. We will develop an online form off your existing form with any changes you see necessary. This feature removes the tedious task of data input on your end! Using the Online administration section, extracts the data and use as you wish.

A Content Management System
Your league website is not just a web site for your league but a content management system for you to help administrate your important information you want to relay to your league members. Add your forms, schedules, policies, etc, all through the website itself. Tired of getting calls regarding forms? There is a section on the site for members to download all necessary forms. Store them on the web site so your members can get the most recent forms. You can change all content of your website through the administration panels.

Schedules/Standings
Are schedules and standings important in your league? The software allows you to enter in schedules, or send us an extract of the schedules and we will load. When games are complete, enter their results and the standings will automatically be updated. See our update page for informaton on loading and updating information.

Team/League Pages
Each team and division in your league will have their own web page that allows your members access to their respective managers. These team pages display their respective schedule as well as scores to completed games. You can also update the pages with your own information.

Umpire Scheduling
Umpire scheduling is available. Enter the umpires into the system (names, addresses, phones, e-mail address) and then assign these umpires to the games. A querying tool is also available that some users use for payroll administration.

Field Conditions
Field conditions can be updated via the update section. Keep your league members posted on game status via the web site.

Build your own pages
Want to add your own pages? We have options for you to do this as well, create your own navigation item and sub items under it. Instructions are provided when you sign up with us.

Implementation
To implement the software for your league we make minor adjustments for your league depending on the necessities of your site. We will work with you to get the system up and running in a minimal amount of time.

Custom modifications are also available per discussion.
